- We cannot guarantee any products are free from trace presence of allergens, including:

- Important Notice: If you have a serious allergy, we strongly advise against purchasing from Dineamic

Ordering Process
Placing Orders

Subscription Services
Subscription Plans
- Dineamic offers meal plan subscriptions with regular deliveries
- Available subscription frequencies:
- Weekly
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
- Each subscription includes fresh, ready-made meals based on your selected plan
Payment & Billing
- Your payment details will be stored securely
- Automatic billing occurs according to your subscription frequency
- Charges are processed before each scheduled delivery
- You authorize recurring payments for the duration of your subscription
Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration
- Renewal will occur at the current subscription rate
- You will be notified of any price changes before renewal
- Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted service
Subscription Management
Making Changes
You can manage your subscription through your account page to:
- Modify delivery frequency
- Update meal selections
- Change delivery address
- Adjust payment information
- Skip deliveries

Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

- No cancellation fees apply
- Cancellation deadlines:
- Must be completed before your next order's cut-off time
- Orders already processed cannot be cancelled

Subscription Terms

Delivery Terms
Delivery Service
- Available only to locations within our delivery network
- Delivery dates and times must be selected during checkout
- Accurate delivery information must be provided
Timing & Procedure
- We aim to deliver within the selected window
- Deliveries within one hour of the chosen window are considered on-time
- Standard delivery is to the front door only
- Drivers cannot:
- Enter premises
- Access back/side entrances or garages
- Open or unpack boxes
Apartment Deliveries
- Deliveries made to the building entrance
- Customers should:
- Meet the driver downstairs, or
- Provide secure location instructions
- Overnight deliveries are not recommended for apartments
- Drivers cannot:
- Enter buildings
- Make overnight calls
- Wait for extended periods
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the selected delivery day fits your schedule
- Provide accurate delivery instructions
- Accept responsibility for products after delivery
- Ensure authority to accept deliveries at the provided address
Dineamic accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any product after the delivery has been made to the nominated or stipulated delivery location as per checkout delivery instructions.

Gift Vouchers
- Purchasable online for personal use or gifting
- Valid for online store only
- Must comply with all terms and conditions
- Remaining balance must be paid with an accepted payment method
