We receive approval from the NDIA, or reach out to your plan manager for confirmation for you to start ordering from our selection of healthy meals.

We create an account for you and send you instructions to place your first order.

We deliver NDIS meals to Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide and Hobart. For a list of all postcodes please enter your postcode in the postcode checker at the top of the page.
How to order?
You can order online with Dineamic on the website or over the phone. We accept credit or debit cards as payment options. If you order online, you can use PayPal, ZipPay, or AfterPay.
Payments (Plan/Agency Managed/HCP)
Once we’ve received the required documents for your NDIS or HCP plan, you’ll be required to pay a 25% co-payment for the meals (30% for HCP). The remaining cost, as well as any associated delivery charges, will be covered by your NDIS or HCP funding, and we’ll take care of all the admin for you.
Payments (Self Managed)
Once we’ve received the required documents, when ordering your meals, you’ll need to pay the full amount upfront. After that, we’ll provide you with an NDIS-friendly invoice within 5 working days. You can use this invoice to claim back 75% of the cost.
