Delivery FAQS

How is the food delivered?

Our meals are delivered chilled, via refrigerated transport.

Your meals will be packed into an insulated cardboard box with a cooling gel pack. This is then delivered via refrigerated transport to your door.

You'll receive a text upon delivery. Our drivers will endeavour to leave your order in a safe location out of direct sunlight where possible - please ensure to bring your order inside and put your meals in the fridge once delivered.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $15 for refrigerated delivery, ensuring your meals arrive fresh and safely chilled.

Does your food come frozen?

Nope - our food arrives to you freshly prepared by the kitchen. Your delivery will be sent to your door in a refrigerated truck, so it doesn’t need to be frozen – it’ll be ready for you to heat up as soon as you’re ready.

If you don’t plan on eating your meals by the use-by date, you can absolutely freeze them. When you're ready to eat, we advise reheating the meal from frozen instead of defrosting or thawing your meal out first. It'll take about 5-6 minutes in the microwave.

Missing delivery?

If there are missing items from your delivery, you must contact us on (03) 8669 0587 9am to 5pm (AEST/AEDT) within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing items. Please see our T&C's for further information.

Our meals are as clean and natural as your own kitchen. You might spot a dash of citric acid in some sauces or tinned tomatoes (the kind you’d use too), but that’s about it. We keep preservatives and additives to a minimum—only what’s needed for safety and taste. Meanwhile, our signature sauces and spice blends bring that unique Dineamic deliciousness to every bite.

We source our animal proteins with care: free-range pork and chicken, grass-fed beef and lamb, and sustainably caught fish. It’s better taste, better ethics—simple as that.

  • High Protein: Over 30g of protein per serve
  • Good Source of Protein: Over 10g of protein per serve
  • Calorie Smart: Under 400 calories per serve
  • Low Carb: Less than 30g of carbs per serve
  • Excellent Source of Fibre: Over 7g of fibre per serve
  • Good Source of Fibre: Over 4g of fibre per serve
  • Source of Dietary Fibre: Over 2g of fibre per serve
  • 1 Serve of Veggies: 75g of cooked veg (about half a cup)
  • Low FODMAP: Certified by Monash University
  • Low Gluten: No added gluten-containing ingredients
  • No Added Dairy: Dairy-free by design

For our Meals for Two range, protein, calories, carbs, and fat are listed per serve, while serves of veg reflect the whole pouch. We don’t tag these as Low Carb or Calorie Smart—they’re not complete meals, so what you pair them with is totally up to you!
