Delivery FAQS

How is the food delivered?

Our meals are delivered chilled, via refrigerated transport.

Your meals will be packed into an insulated cardboard box with a cooling gel pack. This is then delivered via refrigerated transport to your door.

You'll receive a text upon delivery. Our drivers will endeavour to leave your order in a safe location out of direct sunlight where possible - please ensure to bring your order inside and put your meals in the fridge once delivered.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $15 for refrigerated delivery, ensuring your meals arrive fresh and safely chilled.

Does your food come frozen?

Nope - our food arrives to you freshly prepared by the kitchen. Your delivery will be sent to your door in a refrigerated truck, so it doesn’t need to be frozen – it’ll be ready for you to heat up as soon as you’re ready.

If you don’t plan on eating your meals by the use-by date, you can absolutely freeze them. When you're ready to eat, we advise reheating the meal from frozen instead of defrosting or thawing your meal out first. It'll take about 5-6 minutes in the microwave.

Missing delivery?

If there are missing items from your delivery, you must contact us on (03) 8669 0587 9am to 5pm (AEST/AEDT) within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing items. Please see our T&C's for further information.

Dineamic Official Nutrition Partner of Melbourne Vixens

Dineamic Official Nutrition Partner of Melbourne Vixens

Dineamic | Melbourne Vixens 2018

The netball season is well and truly underway and we’re excited to announce that we will once again be teaming up with the Melbourne Vixens as the Official Nutrition Partner for the 2018 Suncorp Super Netball season!

Now in its third year, this is a partnership that we absolutely love with a group of women who represent what Dineamic is all about – busy people who want good, good for you food and more time for life.

How we work with the Vixens

Dineamic EventsWe partner with the Vixens in a couple of different ways, the first of which is delivering food through our online store to the players so they can heat and eat when they need it, whether it’s getting home late after training or for lunch, brekky or snacking on the go - just like our other awesome customers who visit us in-store and online.

The team is also fed by the Dineamic Sports Nutrition (DSN) team through Dineamic Events (oh, did we mention that Dineamic also does catering & events?). Dineamic founder & former AFL footballer, Jason Johnson, heads up the Dineamic Events & DSN team and knows how much of a difference the right nutrition can have on performance at training, on game-day and for recovery. The DSN team works closely with Vixens Dietitian Kylie Andrew, to deliver a tailored menu of nutritious food to the team post matches and before jumping on a plane to head to interstate matches.

2018 Season

With wins in the first two rounds already under their belts this season, the team are in good form and are hunting down the premiership after coming so close to nabbing it last year. The team are in fine form with a mix of seasoned players and those who are new to the team this year.

Do the Vixens really eat the same meals that you buy online?

This is something we get asked a lot, and the answer (whether it’s Netball, AFL, A-League, NRL or any other code we feed) the answer is absolutely YES!

Our meals are designed as healthy, balanced, delicious meals first and foremost. Which means when our team are creating new meals we’re constantly making sure that they hit key levels of protein, carbohydrates, veggies, fat and sugar, all in keeping with the Australian Dietary Guidelines. And whether you’re a professional athlete or someone who is just plain busy there’s no arguing that that’s what we all need in our diets.

While our partnership with the Vixens is constantly evolving, one thing is constant – they love eating the food that we love making.

There’s no doubt that we’ll be seeing great things from the team this season, stay tuned as we’ll be showing you more from the players over the coming months as we cheer them on this year!

GO VIXENS!!
