Delivery FAQS

How is the food delivered?

Our meals are delivered chilled, via refrigerated transport.

Your meals will be packed into an insulated cardboard box with a cooling gel pack. This is then delivered via refrigerated transport to your door.

You'll receive a text upon delivery. Our drivers will endeavour to leave your order in a safe location out of direct sunlight where possible - please ensure to bring your order inside and put your meals in the fridge once delivered.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $15 for refrigerated delivery, ensuring your meals arrive fresh and safely chilled.

Does your food come frozen?

Nope - our food arrives to you freshly prepared by the kitchen. Your delivery will be sent to your door in a refrigerated truck, so it doesn’t need to be frozen – it’ll be ready for you to heat up as soon as you’re ready.

If you don’t plan on eating your meals by the use-by date, you can absolutely freeze them. When you're ready to eat, we advise reheating the meal from frozen instead of defrosting or thawing your meal out first. It'll take about 5-6 minutes in the microwave.

Missing delivery?

If there are missing items from your delivery, you must contact us on (03) 8669 0587 9am to 5pm (AEST/AEDT) within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing items. Please see our T&C's for further information.

We've made some new friends: Welcome Our New Snacks

We've made some new friends: Welcome Our New Snacks

We've teamed up with some great brands who produce amazing products that we think you're going to love! These brands share our values and ethics like promoting good nutrition and helping keep the planet happy. Our very own Dineamic snackers have tested and trialled different products before making a final decision. We feel these new snacks will fit in very nicely to what we believe will make you feel healthier and happier.
Please give a warm welcome to: Fodbods, Serious Food Co and Kez’s Kitchen!

Fodbods Protein Bars

Let's welcome Fodbods to the Dineamic fam! We’re massive fans of their delicious gut-friendly protein bars, so, it was no brainer when deciding to stock their products.
Fodbods was founded by Melbourne-local, Vanessa who follows a low FODMAP diet after years of experiencing gut issues. Fodbod bars are made in Australia using 100% natural, vegan and non-GMO ingredients. They’re also gluten free, dairy free AND are tested and certified FODMAP-friendly- what’s not to love!?
Providing us with 14g protein per serve, these deliciously rich fudgy bars are perfect to tie you over between meals or as a post-workout snack. We think you'll love these flavours; Peanut Choc Chunk (a personal fave of ours), Choc Mint and Lemon Coconut.
Low FODMAP or not, you need to try these bars! Get to know them personally by adding a bar or 2 (or 10 we don’t judge!) to your cart with the rest of your Dineamic order. And Let us know what you think!

Serious Popcorn Co

Next up, Serious Food Co and their baby- Serious Popcorn!
We all love snacking on popcorn whether it be whilst watching a movie on the couch or at our desk during the work week. When it comes to Serious Food Co, they do NOT disappoint!
Created accross the ditch in Auckland, founder Roger Holmes launched Serious Food Co in 2015. They wanted to create a snack that’s good for you AND the planet. From the farm to the bag, their organic corn is 100% traceable, and is grown without using chemical nasties. Sounds good to us!
Serious Popcorn uses basic house hold ingredients your kids would recognise, naturally gluten free and fibre-rich. We're positive you will love the different flavours Serious Food Co are kindly bringing to the Dineamic table. With classics like Sea Salt and Sweet & Salty.
When sampling these products, our staff couldn’t get enough, so, in our utmost professional opinion, you don’t want to miss out on this kinda snack- they're seriously good!

Kez's Kitchen's Choc Peanut Florentine

Last but not least say hello to Kez’s Kitchen! There was no hesitation when deciding choosing Kez’s Choc Peanut Florentine biscuits they're absolutely delicious!
This family-owned business is based in our hometown, Melbourne VIC and aim to provide snacks made with love from simple honest ingredients.
The Choc Peanut Florentines are gltuen free, FODMAP-friendly, kosher, halal and contain no artificial colours or flavours. They're perfect sweet treat post-Dineamic meal or little pick-me-up in the afternoon.
