Yes, it is. You can cancel your subscription anytime on your account page.

On the account page, for your next order, you can:

• update payment method
• add/remove items
• change quantity of an item
• cancel subscription
• update order delivery note

*You can also request to:

• skip next order
• update next delivery
• update shipping address
• update subscription frequency

Yes, absolutely.

Please apply your NDIS/HCP discount codes at checkout on your first subscription order. The discount codes will be applied to the subsequent orders automatically.

It is based on your first order date and delivery date.

Let's say you placed an every week subscription order this Monday for this Friday delivery. Your next order will be billed on Monday next week and it will be delivered Friday next week.

Please note:

• An email reminder for next order billing will be sent 2 days before the next order billing. Depending on the subscription frequency and the delivery date selected, you may receive the email reminder before your current order is delivered.
• If you select every week delivery and there are 7+ days between your first order date and delivery date, your next order will be billed before your first order is delivered.

*Current order refers to an order that's already billed. Next order refers to an order that's yet to be billed.
